What usually gets lost in the shuffle, especially for women, is our health. We’re constantly reminded of the things we should be doing, but we don’t often have the time, energy, the right mood or support to get back on track.
I now have an official health and fitness coaching package for anyone who wants support, guidance and accountability as they get serious about their health goals. Since everyone and every body is different, our initial meeting will be about discovering what you want to accomplish and the obstacles you’ve had in the past. We’ll talk about what works for you, what doesn’t and what you have yet to try.
What will you get when working with me to help achieve your health and fitness goals?
- I’ll create a customized strategy for the timeframe you’ve given, which includes, based on what we agree upon, a workout schedule with new cardio and strength training workouts each week.
- I am not a nutritionist, but I’ve spent decades learning about healthy nutrition. I’m not a big believer in dieting, so we’ll look at what you already do and make adjustments that are appropriate for you. If you want to eat less gluten or more veggies, I can help brainstorm more effective ways of doing so and hold you accountable as you begin.
- I’ll do all the research so you don’t have to. I’m a geek when it comes to health, wellness, nutrition and fitness information, so instead of you trying to figure out what to do, you can just concentrate on doing the work.
- Health requires a holistic approach. You can’t just add a zumba workout and expect to see results. You need to look at what you eat, how you live and most importantly, what you think. Being a life coach, I can help you keep your mind aligned in order to see positive results from your efforts. If you’re working out and dieting but the mantra in your mind is “Nothing ever works,” you’ll fail every time.
- What’s great about what I do is that life coaching goes hand in hand with the health and fitness coaching, and you get it all in one customizable package. I know how difficult it is to focus on your health when you’ve got other stuff going on in your life that prevents you from being successful. So I can combine my coaching skills in each area to help create a more rounded approach to your health goals.
