What if our definition of happiness is the thing that needs to be changed?
We mostly define happiness by external things that are supposed to make us feel good, but when do we ever define the actual concept of happiness? How do we know if we’re happy if we don’t know what it really means?
And we usually call ourselves unhappy if we aren’t happy.
Here’s a fun way to look at it: How To Be Perfectly Unhappy.
Maybe happiness is too complicated to consider it wholly black and white. And maybe that’s ok.
